By eliminating manual handling, this line ensures maximum hygiene and efficiency, producing precision-stacked N-fold towels that are automatically wrapped and ready for distribution to premium commercial and industrial clients.

Dual Embossing & Lamination Mastery: This advanced paper making machine is equipped with two distinct embossing sets: a steel-to-felt unit and a common steel-to-steel unit. Combined with the gluing lamination device, it allows for the production of high-bulk, ultra-absorbent towels with superior aesthetic textures.
Integrated Automatic Packaging System: The line is seamlessly linked to the HX-35 paper kraft strip wrapping machine. It features a servo-driven transfer system that moves paper logs directly to the packaging unit, supporting high-speed wrapping with a design speed of 43 meters per minute.
High-Load Jumbo Roll Stands: Features two heavy-duty unwind stands capable of handling 1.5-ton jumbo rolls with a diameter of up to 1500mm. The crane-lift compatibility and vacuum absorption technology ensure stable, continuous operation for long-shift cycles.
