Triple-Axis Servo Stacking System: Featuring three independent servo motors, the HX-1380 ensures 100% accurate counting for every bundle (adjustable from 80-300 sheets). Operators can manage stack counts directly via the intuitive touchscreen, ensuring flawless consistency for downstream packaging.
Closed-Type 3-Roll Gluing Lamination: This high-performance paper making machine incorporates a specialized glue lamination unit with laser-engraved rollers. This technology allows for the production of multi-ply towels with enhanced 3D textures, superior water wicking, and a luxurious hand-feel.
High-Response Vacuum Interfolding: Driven by a powerful 30KW Longtech vacuum pump, the system maintains perfect paper control. The folding rollers are CNC-machined and precision-tempered to meet G3.2 dynamic balance standards, guaranteeing stability and low noise at maximum speeds.
