Brief Introduction of Equipment
1. Adopt PLC programmable control, segmented independent motor drive.
2. Man-machine conversation, easy operation with high efficiency. Perforating distance and tension control digital opertation.
3. Machine auto stop when paper broken. Jumbo Roll Paper is pneumatically uploaded onto machine.
4.The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its tension adjustable. Automatic changing paper roll, rewinding, tail cutting and sealing, then finished log auto discharging.
5.Option to add steel to steel embossing heating device, which can produce lazy rag.
6. Option to add one group of glue lamination system to produce toilet paper.
